"The Challenge of Ensuring Equity and Excellence"

"Our nation’s education system cannot truly be excellent if it is not equitable—our aim must be for all children to learn and acquire needed skills.” (National Academy of Education)

The 2014 Washington Policy Seminar provides an unparalleled opportunity to hear the latest information on national education and related policy issues straight from expert pundits, legislative staff, researchers, and association leaders, as well as network with the EPFP community. The conference is a must-attend event for all current Fellows of EPFP, as well as past participants and coordinators who are interested in reengaging with the community and continuing to enhance their understanding of national policy issues and the federal policy process.

The agenda begins on Sunday, April 27th with an opening plenary session, followed by two and a half days of focused breakout sessions; exhibits; and plenary speakers and panels. The conference will adjourn late morning on Wednesday, April 30th.
