IEL President Highlights Need for Ledership Development and EPFP in ED Week Article

In an ED Week interview about the impact of the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL), President Martin J. Blank reflected on the need for leadership development in education and  the important role that EPFP plays in creating space for education leaders to explore different policy perspectives and theories together. When asked about EPFP's "secret sauce", Blank highlighted IEL's partnership with the state-based organizations that run EPFP in 14 sites (CO, CT, GA, LA, MA, MI, MN, MS, NY, NC,OH, PA, SC and DC) across the country and the employers that sponsor their staff members to participate in EPFP.
