Connecticut's EPFP, housed at Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) in Hamden, CT, serves Fellows from a variety of school districts, regional service centers, and the CT State Department of Education.

Our program focuses on leadership development and public policy analysis, development and implementation. Emphasis is placed on developing those skills and strategies essential for initiating and sustaining viable school improvement efforts at the local and state levels.

The program meets on a monthly schedule between September and May. Each seminar lasts for three hours and includes time for networking, discussions around essential questions that are related to the evening's topic and presentations by distinguished leaders from varied fields, both public and private.
